All orders containing alcoholic beverages are fulfilled by licensed retailers authorized to sell alcoholic products. Neither those licensed retailers nor Cayd Cap sell alcohol to persons under the age of 21.

- You are purchasing alcoholic beverages solely for:
- Self-consumption; or

All alcoholic beverage orders placed through the Cayd Cap / Sippin' & Sellin' website are subject to acceptance and shipment by a licensed retail partner. No order is considered accepted until it has been accepted and shipped by the licensed retailer.
Under applicable laws and regulations, the licensed retailer may refuse to accept or fulfill an order for any reason, including pricing errors, technical issues, inventory limitations, or transmission errors.
No contractual obligation to sell or ship alcoholic beverages exists until the licensed retailer accepts and ships the order, even if payment authorization has occurred. If an order cannot be fulfilled, any authorized payment will be refunded.
